For my second Personal Review I am going to use the Palm Tungsten E2 handheld. This handheld allows its owner to do so much, which is why I choose it over other book readers on the market. One feature that is helpful to Assistive Technology is that the tungsten offers electronic books in multiple formats; after the books are downloaded you can enlarge the font, make notes or highlight the text. I use this device mostly to download eBooks and I find that I use the text enlargement function the most.
The Tungsten allows you to listen to audio books that are downloaded to the device. I have used this function before and this device made it easy to stop and start the book. The most frustrating thing that I have found in regards to audio book is finding my place if I have to stop, but I didn't have this problem with the Tungsten. This device can also be used as a calendar and allows the user to color-code appointments.
